At State Water & Sanitation Mission, we respect your right to control your personal data. If you no longer wish to use Jal Samadhan platform or want your data to be deleted, we provide an easy process to request account deletion and data removal.

All personal data, including comaplints history, and other related information, will be permanently deleted from our systems.
Processing Time: We aim to process account deletion requests within 15 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been successfully deleted.
Retention of Data for Legal Compliance: In certain cases, we may retain some of your personal information if required by law (e.g., for tax, legal, or audit purposes). However, this data will be restricted from use for any other purposes.
Revoking Deletion Requests: Once your account is deleted, the process is irreversible, and your data cannot be restored. If you wish to cancel your account deletion request, please contact us before the process is completed.
